Professional Prefabricated Workbenches
Professional assembled workbenches are robust and stable, designed especially for production facilities, car repair shops, workshops, schools and laboratories. The maximum load capacity of the bench without castors is 500 kg.
A wide range of components allows you to configure a workbench that precisely meets your requirements. You can choose the width, height and type of tabletop, type of legs, connecting crossbar, lower storage shelf, from a wide range of suspended, mobile or basic containers, a perforated panel above the tabletop for tool holders, or a cabinet extension. There is also a wide range of components for electricity and air distribution.

Professional Prefabricated Workbenches (Schematic)
Perfopanels for tool holders.
- 3 x steel profile uprights 30 x 30 mm, painted
- 4 x galvanised perforated panel with 10 x 10 mm perforations in a 38 mm grid for attaching QDN tool holders
- Perforated panel is screwed into the board
Cabinet extensions
- The inside of the door and rear wall are equipped with 10 x 10 mm perforations in a 38 mm grid for attaching QDN tool holders
- One shelf in each cabinet
- Two-point locking
- Door mounting using internal pins
Worktops
- The worktops of the assembled tables are available in thicknesses of 25, 40 and 50 mm.
- You can choose between beech blockboard, multiplex and laminate materials.
- Rubber, various types of metal sheeting, PE and PP boards can be placed on the worktops.
Professional table legs
- Welded robust construction made of 2 mm thick sheet metal with a load capacity of 500 kg
- We manufacture legs in fixed, adjustable, mobile designs, with a cabinet or with electrical and pneumatic equipment
- When using two legs for a table, the table must be supplemented with a DPT connector (spigot). It can also be extended with DPS_21_BS25 or DPS_22_BS25 storage shelves.

- containers can be hung under boards with a minimum thickness of 40 mm
